This position is currently based in Burbank, CA and reports to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis for DEEPT.
In this role, you will work closely with Technology teams to consolidate financial information across multiple technology pillars, helping to craft high-impact executive presentations with key financial data. Your responsibilities will include gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing financial results, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring that our Finance team remains a premier partner in advancing Disney's product and technology vision.

• Build and maintain consolidation models for a multi-billion-dollar technology organization, enabling accurate forecasting and variance analysis.
• Translate complex financial and operational results into clear, compelling narratives that elevate executive understanding and support informed, timely decision-making.
• Deliver scenario modeling and performance insights that help leadership evaluate tradeoffs, prioritize initiatives, and guide technology investment in support of Disney's long-term growth.
• Help define, track, and communicate Product & Technology OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), ensuring strong alignment between financial resources, strategic priorities, and business outcomes.
• Frame technology spend across Product Improvement and Running the Business to enhance transparency, enable thoughtful investment discussions, and strengthen executive storytelling.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance and Accounting colleagues on variance analysis and quarter close, fostering a dynamic and product-focused financial environment that accelerates business transformation.
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within teams while also working independently
• Proven track record of managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and COGNOS strongly preferred
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
