Job Summary:
The Associate Manager, Sports Brand Solutions will support the Disney Advertising Sales team as a key player in developing sponsorship opportunities across College Sports properties (e.g., College Basketball, NCAA Championship events, ACC Network) or NBA properties (e.g., NBA Today). This role involves managing sales opportunities, building multimedia sponsorship packages, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
What You Will Do:
• Manage assigned sport/property sales opportunities (e.g., College Basketball, NCAA, ACCN, NBA)
• Create proactive sales opportunities and build consensus among stakeholders
• Develop sales materials for proactive opportunities across TV, digital, social, audio, and on-site activations
• Lead RFP responses and ideation for assigned properties
• Develop and present ideas to internal sales teams and clients
• Manage post-sale execution, including sponsorship calendars and obligations
• Collaborate with CreativeWorks for sponsor graphic mockups
• Work closely with production and digital/social teams to communicate sponsor obligations
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, and Excel
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
