Job Title: Executive Assistant

Description:
Disney Entertainment Television is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President (SVP) with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for casting and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the SVP’s calendar, phones, travel arrangements, and event scheduling.
• Prepare and coordinate internal and external meetings, including casting concept calls, live casting sessions, and department presentations.
• Create and contribute to lists, memos, talent reels, and event coordination on behalf of the SVP.
• Provide audio/visual support for casting purposes, including recording sessions and managing playback and screen-sharing.
• Collaborate with other assistants to ensure casting information is updated in a timely manner.
• Track expense reports, purchasing requests, and departmental supplies using Casual Buyer, Concur, and internal finance systems.
• Assist in talent outreach initiatives such as Actor Workshops and talent searches.
• Maintain databases, distribution lists, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality.
• Edit and upload actor materials (auditions, demos, etc.) using iMovie, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
• Provide additional support to executives and departments as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience supporting an executive in casting, agency, or a network/studio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of agencies, networks, and social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask, manage confidential information, and work under pressure.
• Strong pop culture knowledge, including familiarity with celebrities in movies, TV, music, and sports.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Familiarity with SAP, Concur, IMDB, Breakdown Services, Studio System, Scenechronize, and CastIt.
• Experience managing talent and a passion for casting.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:
The hiring range for this position is $58,700 to $78,600 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and skills. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be included, along with medical, financial, and other benefits.
