Job Title: Executive Assistant to the President, ABC OTV Group

Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will support the President of the ABC Owned Television Stations (OTV) Group, which includes eight stations across the U.S. and shows like LIVE with Kelly & Mark and On the Red Carpet. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing executive schedules, coordinating travel, and supporting the daily operations of the office. The candidate must be able to build strong relationships and anticipate the needs of the President and the executive team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide primary administrative support to the President and backup support to other senior executives
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate business travel (domestic and international)
• Handle office tasks such as processing expense reports, invoices, purchase orders, and distributing mail
• Prepare confidential memos, letters, business updates, PowerPoint/Keynote presentations, and financial presentations
• Interface with internal Disney departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the President
• Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating IT and physical access
• Participate in the administrative team, providing backup to other assistants and handling common administrative duties
• Manage building-related tasks, including facility issues, supply orders, and building management coordination
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships within and outside the organization
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience supporting a senior-level executive, preferably in the entertainment industry
Education:
