Description:
Disney Entertainment Television is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the EVP and VP of International Content. This role requires managing busy calendars, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of the television programming process, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the EVP and VP, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel logistics.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual events, including business travel and remote executive support.
• Interface with internal departments and external organizations.
• Manage reports and maintain department databases.
• Create presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Assist with special projects, promotions, events, and programs as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks such as phone screening, expense reports, purchase orders, mail distribution, and supply orders.
• Contribute to the administrative team, providing backup support as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience Required: 2+ years of administrative experience in a high-volume entertainment desk at a studio, network, production company, or agency [24+ Months].
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Required).
• Strong understanding of the television programming process and international content.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven experience multitasking and working with high-level executives.

Salary:
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA, is $57,900 to $77,500 per year, based on a 40-hour work week. Compensation may include bonuses, long-term incentives, and a full range of medical and financial benefits, depending on the position offered.
