Executive Assistant, Creative Advertising (Disney Entertainment Television)
Job Summary:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative and other supportive tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, organized, efficient, and capable of achieving amazing results in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Responsibilities
• Handle complex scheduling responsibilities, with exceptional attention to the details of calendar management in a fast-paced environment
• Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
• Prepare and manage expense reports
• Coordinate meetings with 50+ attendees: prepare agendas/decks, secure and plan space, facilitate content development, follow up as appropriate
• Attend meetings, take notes and track action items
• Maintain and monitor changes to marketing calendars and status documents
• Manage department distribution lists, contact sheets, project assignments
• Provide additional office support such as organizing documents, supplies, purchase orders
• Serve as a liaison between various departments at Hulu, National Geographic, and Disney
• Serve as a face of the departments, often representing the teams as a first point of contact
• Discreetly handle confidential and sensitive information
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
• 2+ years administrative experience in entertainment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – collaboration skills are essential
• A 'can-do' attitude, nothing is too large or too small, working effectively under pressure
• Capacity to engage professionally with associates, managers, and leaders at every level
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook/Gmail and Google Docs/Spreadsheets/Slides
• Good energy and a calming presence
• Ability to problem solve and a relentless pursuit of better ways
Preferred Qualifications
• Historical knowledge of, and passion for, media, film and television
• Experience with entertainment industry professionals both in front of and behind the camera
Salary/Benefits
$54,000 - $72,400 /year USD
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
