Position Title: Director, Production Services

Job Summary:
This position leads a team providing essential services to Disney Entertainment Television productions, including asset management, set rentals, and logistical planning. The role also oversees the operations of a 135,000-square-foot warehouse in North Hollywood and develops strategies for additional storage solutions locally and internationally.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 6 professionals, including managers and administrators, setting goals for key operational areas like asset and warehouse management.
• Define strategies to optimize warehouse space, reuse assets, and support sustainable operations in collaboration with the VP of Production Shared Services.
• Act as the point of contact for production executives and finance teams, providing updates and solutions for projects.
• Support line producers and UPMs with inventory, storage, and budget planning for series or season wraps.
• Partner with DET’s Sustainable Production team to ensure alignment with environmental policies.
• Oversee inventory management of production assets, including sets, props, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring security and reuse opportunities.
• Manage real estate leases and temporary storage locations worldwide to meet production needs.
• Liaise with TWDC Corporate Departments, including Archives, Sourcing & Procurement, and Customs Management, to ensure compliance.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 years of production experience on scripted television in roles such as line producer or UPM.
• 2 years of managing professional staff at the managerial level.
• Experience with television show budgets and production wrap processes.
• Familiarity with import/export logistics and database management for high-volume asset tracking.
• Ability to work onsite in North Hollywood 4+ days per week and travel locally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Expertise in commercial real estate, leases, and warehouse storage.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with executives, vendors, and show crews.
