Disney's Direct to Consumer team oversees the Hulu and Disney+ streaming businesses within Disney Entertainment helping to bring The Walt Disney Company's best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere. The Disney+ Programming and Content Curation team is responsible for leading content planning, scheduling, on-service merchandising, slate management, and programming insights that contribute to a cohesive strategic content approach for the service.
Job Summary:
The Sr Content Programming Insights Manager will craft insights and track performance for all pre-stream content promos campaigns, and develop data-driven strategies to maximize exposure and engagement. Create in-depth analysis to better understand viewer behavior, engagement drivers, and creative best practices. This person will partner with Data and Insights teams to align on optimization efforts based on campaign learnings. Share campaign recaps with internal and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
and Duties of the Role:
• Responsible for Disney+ pre-stream content promos insights and optimization
• Collaborate with Content Programming team members to define data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain insights scorecard for promo performance
• Communicate campaign plans and recaps to internal teams and cross-functional partners
• Assist with day-to-day management, campaign calendars, and content programming tools
• Leverage CMS, data, and other tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.) to support day-to-day responsibilities
• Help identify and champion content programming framework improvements based on quantitative and strategic inputs
• Act as trusted knowledge source for internal business partners around Disney+ content promos and day-to-day operations
• Partner with TWDC marketing and global programming teams to ensure all priorities are coordinated appropriately
• Facilitate verbal and written communications between teams, and to the larger organization to ensure smooth information-sharing, issue resolution, and workload transitions
• Leverage market and behavior data, audience research to drive data and analytics that determine effective programming strategies
Required Education
, Experience/Skills/Training:
• Bachelors degree minimum
• 2+ years experience working closely with data and analysis.
• 5+ years experience working within the Entertainment industry. International content experience a plus.

The hiring range for this position in CA is $102,000.00 to $136,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
