Job Title: Content Programming Associate Manager

Position Summary:
The Disney+ Global Content Programming and Subscriber Engagement organization is responsible for optimizing audience engagement and retention for Disney+ and Star+ by managing global content programming. The Content Programming Associate Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, publish, and optimize programming plans globally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build, publish, and manage Disney+ global content programming to maximize audience engagement and retention
• Validate published programming across audiences, platforms, and regions
• Facilitate communications between teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution
• Track performance of service merchandising over time
• Leverage data and audience research to inform programming strategies
• Collaborate on regional and territorial editorial merchandising and promotions
• Lead or sustain ongoing projects
• Work with Programming Optimization to meet testing requirements
• Partner with Product teams to test new CMS features to improve user experience
• Act as liaison with business partners as needed
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital media or content programming
• Experience curating and publishing content in a consumer-facing CMS
• Familiar with digital media publishing for web, app, streaming, and connected devices
• Proficient in Excel, Airtable, Google Sheets
• Hands-on data analysis experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Adaptability to new technologies and processes
• Collaborative team player with strong work ethic and confidentiality management
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of Disney content libraries, brands, franchises, and characters
• Experience with general entertainment and international content

Salary Range:
