The Business Operations team at Disney's Direct to Consumer division, responsible for streaming services like Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, is hiring a Business Operations Manager - Incident Management. This role involves collaborating across multiple teams (product, engineering, analytics, legal, customer service, and finance) to translate technical root causes into business impacts and to engage with senior executives on incident-related issues. You will act as a subject matter expert in the Streaming Commerce and Entitlement ecosystem, participate in on-call rotations for incidents and feature releases, and assist with customer remediations for billing or entitlement issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to manage incident impacts on streaming products
• Write and deliver concise executive memos and reports
• Participate in on-call rotations for incidents and service expansions
• Assist with customer remediations for billing or entitlement issues
• Understand and manage the Streaming Commerce and Entitlement ecosystem
