Job Summary:
The Associate Account Manager – Digital is a supporting role for all post sales online advertising coordination. This includes assisting the Account Managers (AMs) with various duties and efforts within the advertising campaign process. Duties and efforts will include, but are not limited to, requesting creative assets, organizing and testing creative assets, coordinating and distributing campaign performance reports to clients, coordinating and distributing reports to internal stakeholders, providing screenshots to clients, assisting with billing and invoicing, assisting in ad system setup, and general campaign management assistance as determined by the business unit.
Responsibilities:
• Effective project management skills with proven ability to work with various groups to reach a common goal
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and with a sense of urgency
• Strong respect for a team environment
• Ability to cultivate sales and client relationship
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with web based systems
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in advertising/sales and familiarity with database applications a plus
• Experience with digital ad systems (ex. Freewheel)
• Client service experience
Required Education
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
