Studio's Operations Team is looking for a full-time coordinator who is tech savvy, with experience in web coding and design. Must have a positive attitude in stressful situations.
• Be point of contact on site for IT and troubleshoot IT issues for employees, including printer set-up, network connectivity, computer deployment, Box support, video conference setup, and submit service tickets when necessary
• Manage relationships with IT and Telecom teams
• Develop and update the company website using Wordpress and HTML/CSS
• Facilitate employee 1st day office orientation
• Create graphics for internal use: Premiere notices, show posters, website slides, company event graphics and flyers, organizational charts, etc.
• Help plan company events and parties
• Assist with office relocation, interoffice moves and office setup
• Assist with online presence and maintain Studios' Facebook page
• Keep Studio maps and projections up-to-date. Help with space planning
• Track web presence through Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
Requirements:
-Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Able to prioritize
-Able to work independently and in a group
-Customer service skills
-Detail-oriented and organized
MUST KNOW Photoshop, InDesign, HTML/CSS, PC and Mac systems, database systems, Wordpress, FTP
