Job Summary
The trainer is responsible for training all new sales assistants, help in training sales planners, and answering questions/solving problems from the support team, TVCO. & Pricing & Planning.
Responsibilities
• Training
• SP & SA Classroom Training: Oversees training & designates sections
• Post Training SP & SA on the desk
• Updating training materials as needed ie manuals, decks, & handouts, test environments, supplies
• Answering day to day questions from Sales Support, P&P and TVCO
• Organize training sessions including: creating agenda & updating team, communicating necessary responsibilities and/or participation to Sales Support team
• Identify speaker needs for training sessions and have Team Leader reach out to talent to gain their participation
• On-Boarding
• Desk setup & System Access
• System Enhancements
• Testing system updates and signing off on UAT
Requirements
• • Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of the terminology and procedures in advertising sales
• Possess ability to develop workflow systems and create team efficiencies
• Ability to multitask and prioritize, while staying organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups
• Learns and applies new information, concepts, and techniques in area of practice
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
• Strong problem solving skills and customer service skills
• Detail oriented and team player
• Must be able to work collaboratively with team members
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies
• Must be able and willing to provide overtime work when necessary
• Previous related experience is a plus
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
