Full Time Job
Supervise outside production partners, internal teams and freelance producers to create original, branded content across all platforms (On-Air, Digital, Social as well as Sizzle Reels for Sales, Events/Festivals and Upfront. Work closely with the Creative Director on to ensure the integrity of the Food Network and Cooking Channel brand voices in all integrated content, while also providing creative solutions for Ad Sales Marketing to address Sponsor objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise internal teams and production partners to create branded content across On-Air, Digital and Social, including integrated short forms, talent vignettes, webisodes and Snaps
2. Review creative briefs and scripts making revisions and re-writes to ensure content is engaging and on-brand.
3. Lead shoots and work closely with Creative Director and ASM team leads on set to ensure creative and production success
4. Write scripts, interview talent, direct VO, edits and mixes.
5. Oversee the creation of programming reels, case study reels sizzle reels for Ad Sales Marketing, sponsors, programming and other internal clients. Producing them when needed.
6. Supervise freelance producers on specific projects.
7. Supervise PA’s creating sponsored retags, and serve as a mentor during the production process.
8. Write and produce integrated short forms, custom vignettes, reels and Billboards, managing all aspects of the process.
9. Write and produce integrated promos and vignettes for movie studios.
10. Research and write copy for sponsored billboards and snipes and provide creative feedback on graphics development.
Requirements
* Strong writing, producing and project management skills.
* Ability to work well with others (team player!) and come up with creative solutions.
* Strong multi-taskers who is ready to roll-up their sleeves and think quick with last-minute creative ideas and pitches.
* Experience in overseeing video editing and music/audio design.
* The ability to juggle numerous responsibilities under tight deadlines.
* Develop and maintain production schedules across all mediums.
* Basic knowledge of non-linear editing.
* Ability to work in collaboration with marketing and digital teams
* Organization and time management skills.
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Standard office environment. Edit suites, in-house and off-site production facilities/studios, audio studios, and on-location shoots. Some travel required.
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 8 years of production experience in linear TV, branded content or other multi-media company.
