Full Time Job
The Senior Manager Sales Effectiveness and CRM Reporting will prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement, comparing actual sales data to revenue projections and expectations. Additionally, this role will analyze market data, including data from competitors and internal groups, to identify areas where the company can increase its efforts from a sales perspective. This position will also be responsible for reporting on sales of and availability of larger opportunities such as tents and events and sponsorships.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other Salesforce functions to streamline GTM activities for Digital Sales
2. Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce, SAS and other data management systems
3. Develop data strategies (e.g. what we should capture to drive revenue) and establish inputs for sales teams
4. Develop, enhance and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, dashboards and visualization to monitor overall business health
5. Serve as the main point of contact and expert on our data visualization system to ensure that stakeholders across the organization have the data they need to evaluate and analyze the business
6. Apply proficiency in financial analysis, data mining, and quantitative analysis to see beyond the data in identifying and quantifying high-impact opportunities
7. Provide ad hoc analysis for sales leadership to answer business questions
8. Lead tracking and reporting for all Digital sponsorship opportunities
9. Work with other Power Users to modify the system to increase benefits and usability
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in a numerical discipline or equivalent years of analytical experience
* Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
* Experience with Salesforce reporting and data
* Ability to understand and interpret trends and react with strategic/tactical changes
* Good technical skills and knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel
* Strong communicator with ability to adjust / adapt to situations to maximize results
* Knowledge of industry technologies (Ad serving, Operative, Salesforce)
* Ability to work face-to-face and electronically (e.g. telephone, e-mail, IM, social media)
* Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
* Ability to lead and work with a diverse team
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States
