Long Description
Key responsibilities are: Communicate and collaborate directly with all Product areas to guide the products UX/UI progress from beginning to the end across every digital touch-points. Involved in most creative undertakings, from project concept design prototyping to design execution. Define user journey and design storytelling, including web, social media, mobile, tablet, 10-foot devices and in-store. Establish design standards using benchmark and provide recommendations to elevate the overall quality and experience. Problem-solve usability and design issues; identify achievable solutions that deliver brand consistency and improve the overall experience. Research and identify innovative new interactive and design approaches and techniques; provide recommendations for new features. Focus on user engagement and conversion KPI’s. Coordinate PM´s or Business Analyst resources to ensure end-to-end roadmap delivery and quality of product. Owns the conversion funnel from the UX/UI perspective. Support Go to Market team and Engagement team efforts.
