How do I hire a Digital Product Manager? Short Description
Lead the digital product strategies and initiatives as well as leading the incremental growth.
Long Description
The Product Manager is responsible for defining and foreseeing the product strategies, workflows and standards to lead the digital properties to stand out in the world wide digital industry. Help to define the routes to accomplish the user needs, as well as the business traffic and revenue goals.This person will also be responsible for leading the Discovery Kids apps Products workflow through its transition and operation, making sure is in a permanent incremental path in performance, features and services.
The main responsibilities are: be the bridge between different areas and providers involved in a Project, Requirement identification and content user roles, aligned with the definition and user experience needed according to the editorial relevancies and commercial needs, Generating timely alerts that allow to react and take decisions on time, Launch plan and hard transfer of project to production, Metric monitoring of user consumption and result analysis based on production tracking that will allow proper decision making and constant improvements, Exploration of new business opportunities and the strategy to potentialize the digital Brand.
Requirements:
• 8 years of Digital experience
• Experience developing product definition strategies
• Knowledge of terminology and procedures on digital
• Strong management & communication skills
• Fluent in English
