The Role
The Program Management Coordinator will assist in programming project management to help keep our team on track by communicating production changes and supporting efficient workflow throughout the development and production process. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized, technically savvy, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
• Maintain multiple department databases, including master database of pitches, proof of concept’s, pilots with submissions and their status
• Schedule development team meetings and conference calls
• Help create meeting agendas and take/distribute notes
• Track greenlight submission forms
• Create, gather, update, distribute and maintain weekly/monthly production and development logs and trackers
• Responsible for meeting tech support and internal video management
• Gather financial information to populate documents and trackers
• Pull clips and perform basic editing functions for internal meetings including ad sales & Upfront programs
• Submit and track development project notification forms and organize internal deal memos
• Request media assets for PE’s and production companies
• Use company database to create development records
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 1 years of production experience; Associate degree in broadcast, film or related field preferred
• Accomplished computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
• Knowledge of Final Cut Pro or similar non-linear editing software
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills and the capability of working on multiple projects in various stages of production in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Impeccable organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to monitor timelines and adjust your work as needed, prioritizing the most important pieces to achieve incredible success
• Able to work collaboratively with team members
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
