Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Support employees with queries and service requests related to all Talent Management Processes
• Cooperate with Talent Manager to build culture of continuous feedback and open communication across the organization, coach on the Discovery's approach toward Goal, Feedback and Achievement process and other processes related to Talent
• Preparing presentations, taking active part in global/regional live presentations & workshops related with Talent processes and trainings
• Contribute to the execution and implementation of Talent Management principles, standards and guidelines, create and update Talent specific knowledge articles
• Work with Talent Manager to align Talent related cycles in Discovery
• Monitor and evaluate quality and effectiveness of Talent solutions by creating, maintaining and analyzing Talent metrics and reports
• Focus on Talent related processes and activities, continually identifying opportunities to provide a better employee experience of developing career in Discovery
• Prepare materials, distribution lists and invites for Talent related global and regional events
Requirements
Requirements:
• Previous experience in working on Talent and Performance Management processes (desirable), interest in processes related to Talent (essential)
• Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences
• Very good analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) / G Suite
• Experience of building, maintaining and managing strong relationships with stakeholder groups across Discovery
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently
• Highly motivated and self-starter, with high level of energy and pro-active approach to work
• Comfortable working with a global consumer base and different cultures
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
• Must have the legal right to work in Poland
