The Directors Guild of America seeks a Signatories Administrator to lead the department responsible for ensuring that employers of DGA members are signatory to the appropriate collective bargaining agreement. The Signatories Administrator manages the process of obtaining financial assurances to secure DGA members' economic rights, including security interests, assumption agreements, guarantees, and deposits. This individual will work closely with executive staff and other department leaders to optimize processes and identify areas of improvement. Qualified candidates must have knowledge of the entertainment industry or experience with secured transactions, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Supervisory experience required. Candidates with JDs or legal experience preferred.
