Reports Compliance Assistant Representative
Based in Los Angeles, CA
What You'll Do:
The DGA is currently accepting applications for a Reports Compliance Assistant Representative who will support the DGA's mission through a variety of administrative functions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Parse incoming DGA compliance documents.
• Ensure the accuracy of all reports, transactions, and records.
• Pursue missing member/non-member deal memos and other Reports Compliance documents as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments on the processing of DGA compliance documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Solid skills in math, spelling, grammar, and filing.
• Meet deadlines
• Strong work ethics and organization skills.
• Typing 50wpm.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree or a combination of four years of education and related experience
• Demonstrate proficiency in PC operating systems, filesharing and collaborative work applications (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, OneDrive).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the Entertainment Industry, Labor Relations, and or Collective Bargaining Agreements.
