This is a Part Time Job
Busy professional with fledgling production company seeks a part-time Personal/Executive Assistant in West Hollywood. Much room for growth as business develops. Looking for the perfect candidate who has experience in Film production, experience and knowledge of Theatre and/or Live Events, excels in managing social media, and has an interest or love of the Horror genre.
Areas of management:
Film Production- assisting in all aspects of short film production and submission to festivals
Live Events- social media, e-newsletters, assist in all aspects of upcoming horror/Halloween 2020 event
Social Media- designing and scheduling posts, growing followers and likes
Actor- social media, IMDb, Actors Access and LA Casting submissions
Admin- calendar management, research, reminders
Home- organization, pick-up/drop-off dry cleaning, grocery and household shopping, errands, etc.
Helpful skills/experience:
-college degree
-experience with website builders and e-newsletters
-great with social media
-knowledge of Film & TV production
-knowledge of Theatre and Theatre Arts production
-owns own car, computer, and cell phone
-an interest or love of the Horror genre
-must love cats and not be allergic
5 hours per week, $20 per hour. Flexible days/times.
