DIM MAK, the record label & music lifestyle brand founded by Steve Aoki, is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our team. Candidates should have knowledge of the Dim Mak brand, as well as of the electronic music community as a whole.
Responsibilities:
• Assistant duties for the President of Dim Mak
• Heavy scheduling and calendar management/maintenance
• Fielding inquiries and correspondence
• Book travel and accommodations
• Expense management
• Office Management
• Oversee the overall operations and efficiency of the office
• Oversee office maintenance, communicate with outside vendors
• Maintain office inventory and order supplies
• Supply/food budgeting and expensing
• Maintain office organization and overall cleanliness
• Oversee employee and intern HR & onboarding
• Oversee intern hiring, interviewing, scheduling, and management
• Book staff travel accommodations
• Front Desk / Reception
• Answer phones and roll/transfer calls
• Field and direct inquiries appropriately
• Greet visitors and field visitation inquiries
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Extremely organized
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Professional email and phone etiquette
• High proficiency in google docs, google sheets, google drive, dropbox
• Experience using project management systems/applications is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive/classified information is a must
• 1-3 years music industry (or similar) experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be LA-based

• Compensation commensurate with experience
