Full Time Job
DIM MAK, the record label & music lifestyle brand founded by Steve Aoki, is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our team. Candidate should have knowledge of the Dim Mak brand, and how it fits into the current musical landscape as a whole. This is a full time, office-based position for immediate hire.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistant duties for the President of Dim Mak:
- Heavy scheduling and calendar management / maintenance
- Fielding inquiries and correspondence
- Book travel and accommodations
- Expense management and reconciliation
Office Management:
- Oversee the overall operations and efficiency of the office
- Oversee office maintenance, communicate with outside vendors
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies
- Supply/food budgeting and expensing
- Maintain office organization and overall cleanliness
- Oversee employee and intern HR & onboarding
- Oversee intern hiring, interviewing, scheduling, and management
- Book staff travel accommodations
- Support workflow and communication amongst departments as needed
- Administrative support for departments as needed
Front Desk / Reception:
- Answer phones and roll/transfer calls
- Field and direct inquiries appropriately
- Greet visitors and field visitation inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extremely organized
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Professional email and phone etiquette
- High proficiency in Google docs, Google sheets, Google drive, Dropbox
- Experience using project management systems/applications is a plus
- Excel proficiency is a plus
- Interest/knowledge in music is a must
- Interest/knowledge in electronic dance music and events is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive/classified information is a must
- 1-3 years music industry (or similar) experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
