Job Description
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Specialist, Paid Marketing, you will play a key role in driving growth across a portfolio of leading entertainment brands, including Fandango, Fandango at Home, and Rotten Tomatoes. You'll execute and optimize data-driven, multi-channel paid media campaigns that shape how millions of consumers discover and engage with movies and entertainment.
This role sits at the intersection of media, technology, and performance marketing-partnering closely with leadership to inform strategy while owning execution across major platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.

What You'll Do
• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and emerging platforms aligned to business goals
• Analyze campaign performance, conduct deep dives, and identify actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale
• Partner with performance marketing leadership to develop and refine paid media strategies
• Launch campaigns end-to-end, including research, audience development, competitive analysis, and platform best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, creative, and measurement
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform innovations to continuously enhance performance
Qualifications
What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3 years of hands-on experience in paid search and paid social marketing
• Strong expertise in PPC principles, tools, and campaign optimization methodologies
• Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
• Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action
Bonus Points:
• Passion for movies, entertainment, and digital media
• Familiarity with mobile app measurement and attribution
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they connect to paid media
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for digital marketing and analytics
