Marketing Manager, U-verse Member Marketing
Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will assist the Director of Marketing in creating strong and effective marketing campaigns to new and current AT&T U-verse TV customers with an emphasis on Premium, Hispanic and Ethnic marketing efforts in order to meet organizational goals. The Marketing Manager will organize and manage upcoming campaign tactics as well as create a tracking deck of post mortem results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Hispanic/Ethnic Marketing efforts:
• Coordinates all Hispanic/Ethnic images, logos and footage for use in promotional materials
• Schedules and leads monthly calls with all Hispanic/ethnic programming contacts
• Coordinates Hispanic/Ethnic call center visits and incentives from programmers
• Coordinates all Hispanic/Ethnic materials and support for local events
• Attends all calls from larger U-verse teams regarding Hispanic/Ethnic marketing
Premium Network Marketing efforts:
• Responsible for coordinating and tracking all marketing efforts on U-verse for HBO, Showtime and Starz across on-air, online, social media, OOH, direct mail etc
Other Duties as Assigned:
• Coordinates all budgetary invoices and monies from Hispanic/Ethnic/Premium programmers
• Coordinates all programmer approvals for free previews
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the television industry
• Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution. Commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong effective communicator with the ability to present to high level executives.
• Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on PowerPoint skills
