Devastudios is seeking a Motion Graphics Coordinator to join our production team.
Applicants with experience in theatrical motion graphics are preferred. Recent college graduates interested in film production, marketing, design, and creative project management are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include:
-Work with producers and account managers to supervise the production process and artist time management. Duties include creating communication documents (calendars, work orders, time-sheets, billing), articulating deadlines and workload to the creative team, posting and downloading content, and coordinating the finishing of graphics with third party vendors and film labs.
-Working on assigned internal infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
Candidate should be detail oriented, organized, energetic, personable, professional, open to new working practices, experienced with fast paced environments and able to work well under pressure.
Detailed and precise note taking and the ability to multitask are required. Ideal candidates should have also experience with MS Office Suite, PhotoShop and AfterEffects.
This is a staff position with health benefits, 401k, and a fun and friendly work environment in Santa Monica (hybrid remote currently, due to pandemic restrictions).
