Corporate Partnerships Assistant (Seasonal)
JOB SUMMARY: The Corporate Partnership department is a crucial revenue generator for the entire Sports & Entertainment group. The sponsorship activation department primary role is to service, activate, and retain our sponsors for the long-term. We think creatively about brands and work to find the best marketing platforms to accomplish their objectives and KPI's.
The corporate partnerships assistant is responsible for assisting the activation side of the Corporate Partnerships Team with fulfillment of all sponsorship elements, game day activations, creative requests, and daily office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner fulfillment – ensure sponsorship contractual elements are fulfilled, assist in the creation of annual recaps, new business proposals, idea generation, ticket requests, marketing support, and creative planning
• Game day -- pre-game activation setup, troubleshooting, problem solving, and partner entertainment
• Non-Game day – plan, execute and recap in various corporate partner experiences and events that take place on off days.
• Photo Inventory – assist with the organization of photos into correct partner folders for easy access during annual report process, create a running list of the photos needed to be captured for each sponsor throughout the season
• Data & Analytics Tools - use reporting tools to deliver detailed and comprehensive content and data to sponsors in a timely and efficient manner
• Extensive work in Excel, PowerPoint, and design tools
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills
• The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills
• The ideal candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, specializing in PowerPoint and Excel with a working knowledge of design tools and photography
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a variety of situations
• Willing to travel within Metro Detroit
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• The ideal candidate must be available full-time
• The ideal candidate must be willing to work longs hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Working knowledge of reporting tools and CRM tools are a plus

• Evenings, weekend, and holiday hours will be required
