Business Analyst Assistant (Seasonal)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create predictive models relevant to expected future revenue metrics (Season member renewal probability, projected future attendance, etc)
2. Develop ongoing reports detailing sales campaign effectiveness and KPIs
3. Create Tableau dashboards for use by ticket department management and end users
4. Develop a deep understanding of existing data sources and integrations within our data warehouse
5. Utilize existing resources to effectively segment customer database to support future revenue generation efforts
6. Analyze survey data to provide meaningful and actionable insights
7. Enhance existing business practices and provide input on data collection, data architecture, and general business strategy
8. Additional projects as necessary
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. The ideal candidate must be at least a college senior, recent graduate (within 6 months) preferably in an analytic field (e.g.: Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science).
2. The ideal candidate must be available full-time
3. Analytical background with ability to analyze data and create forecasts
4. Knowledge of statistical software packages (R, SPSS, Python)
5. Excellent technical skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of database software a plus (UniVerse, SQL,)
6. Experience with Tableau or other BI tools a plus (Looker, Power BI)
7. Ability to function in a fast paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
8. The ideal candidate must be willing to work long hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
9. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and decision making skills
10. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills
