Baseball Video Operations Assistant (Seasonal)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Use BATS program to provide video analysis to coaches and players

2. Utilize proprietary systems to create scouting reports

3. Prepare video hardware and scouting reports for team road trips

4. Record games for team database

5. Various other tasks within the Major League clubhouse and video room

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1. The ideal candidate must be at least a college senior, recent graduate (within 6 months)

2. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. The ideal candidate must be proficient with Microsoft computer applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

4. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills

5. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills

6. The ideal candidate must be available full-time

7. The ideal candidate must be willing to work longs hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
