As the Senior Accountant, you'll work closely with our Finance and Accounting department in reviewing and monitoring the general ledger. You'll prepare journal entries and perform month end reconciliation of general ledger accounts. This role will prepare audits documentation and general Accounting support. You will be responsible for conducting monthly accounting review meetings.

What you'll be doing
• Review general ledger, prepare monthly recurring and other journal entries as needed and perform month end reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Manage monthly consolidation of multiple general ledgers and intercompany elimination activity and preparation of monthly financial statements for financial reporting.
• Prepare and manage audit documents for NBA specific audits and annual financial statement audit.
• Prepare audited financial statements and coordinate with external auditors for all company audits.
• Promote and maintain internal control policies and procedures, including developing and implementing standards.
• Understand revenue operating systems and their relationship to accounting system, including ticketing system. Prepare or oversee monthly revenue reconciliation.
• Prepare documentation for fixed asset capitalization.
• Understand the accounts payable cycle including review of expenditures, management of team travel costs and supplier payment.
• Assist with oversight of customer billing, collection, and monthly aging reviews.
What we're looking for
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Public accounting audit staff or senior experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and BI360/Solver a plus.
• CPA designation a plus
• Attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with problem analysis and solutions.
• Tact and patience in a fast-paced environment, with a shown ability to handle multiple priorities and make quick decisions.
• A hard-working, resourceful, and dependable team improver is required.
• Must be able to think collaboratively and value different opinions
