Training Lead: Overview:
• Conduct Process Training and refresher training sessions across departments.
• Coordinate and assist in Process training's.
Note:
• Should be flexible for shift change/work week according to business needs.
Key responsibilities
• Planning, tracking and scheduling of training sessions.
• Taking responsibility for ensuring all training rooms, venues, equipment, and other requirements are booked in advance.
• Responsible for training new users on standard subtitling concepts via live/interactive sessions (including using online tools like Google Hangouts, Skype, and other software).
• Suggest improvements to the platform or any of the subtitling workflows during the course of your work.
• Ensuring training materials are up to date with the help of Training Manager.
• Create course material and assist the Process Trainers across departments in creating Moodle courses for their departments.
• Sending out course evaluation (feedback) questionnaires following training courses and compiling / communicating feedback to the training manager.
• To suggest and make changes in the structure and method of training as per the current technology improvements and industry standards.
• To initiate discussions with various department heads regarding training needs and improvements.
• Help enforce user adoption for new enhancements on the platform and processes through training, support, and tracking usage.
• Work with the Quality team to gather Quality metrics.
• Utilize the Quality metrics to design and execute refresher trainings along with the department Process Trainers.
• Builds solid cross-functional alliance with Process management team and other Functional teams.
• Embodies the company values and drives company culture positively.
Skills needed

• Passion for learning and training.
• Team player, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadline.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint.
• Should have implemented ADDIE, Kirkpatrick's model of learning, gamification in learning and other learning tools.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in total. Currently should be holding the post of an SME, Trainer or Team Lead.
• Background in media, post-production, localization would be preferred.
• Master Trainer, Instructional Designer or L&D Analytics Certification would be desirable.
