SVP, Sales, Platform and Fulfillment
Position Summary
The SVP, Sales, Platform and Fulfillment will have ownership and direct responsibility for management within the Deluxe Media for sales on One Platform, Fulfillment and overall strategy for key accounts.
Main Duties
The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to establishing the benchmarks and standards for the company's sales and fulfillment across several business lines. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.
A Day in the Life of this position would include the following:
• Lead and manage multiple workstreams of client business, serving as the primary and high-level contact to articulate Deluxe Media's view on media strategy and business philosophies.
• Responsible for comprehensive management of assigned accounts.
• Works closely with account teams to ensure media plans are strategically aligned and client needs are met.
• Assume substantial role to identify issues, develop new business opportunities with existing clients and assist in development of new client relationships.
• Responsible for oversight of all program budgets, including staffing and resource requirements.
• Responsible for management of department resources across accounts and form an overall revenue management perspective.
• Assume leader role in key departmental or company initiatives.
• Oversee all sales initiatives and account strategies to ensure securing specific business.
• Oversee proposals in collaboration with the delivery team.
• Oversee the development and management of relationships with strategic partners to ensure business opportunities are identified and maximized.
• Using personal industry contacts and knowledge of the market, develops new client relationships and channel opportunities.
• Establish trust and credibility with clients.
What You Bring:
• 10 - 15 years experience in traditional and/or digital media service sales and business development in roles of increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, close deals and generate revenue.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written) with the ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
• Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines when work speed and sustained accuracy is paramount.
• BS/BA degree required; advanced degree preferred by not required.
