As an artist-driven company known for its creativity, we service high-end feature film, commercial, television, games and motion graphics clients in the global marketplace.

Method Studios is currently looking for a driven Senior Producer to join our Vancouver team.

Duties:
• Communicating between departments, and making sure schedules and milestones are met
• Facilitate communication and tracking with external partners and clients as needed
• Identify and help alleviate any discrepancies between department schedules and productivity towards milestones
• Work directly with department leads to help prioritize needs
• Help identify and help resolve team issues
• Constantly evaluate and iterate to improve production and development processes
• Identify and maintain to ensure work life balance
• Track and maintain budgets defined by upper management

Qualifications:

• A strong understanding of the VFX, animation, and post pipeline
• Excellent people-management, communication and organizational skills, as well as an exceptional eye for detail
• Capable of motivating and leading team with enthusiasm and clarity
• Experience using Shotgun or similar production management software essential
