Post Production Bookings Coordinator
Deluxe Broadcast Services based in-house at The Walt Disney Company are recruiting a Post Production Bookings Coordinator.
Main Purpose:
Working within a highly dynamic post production operation, the role of Bookings Coordinator involves being a point of contact for clients, handling the bookings and billing of work and ensuring that all client requests and queries are processed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, proactive individual who enjoys the challenge that a fast paced environment brings and will relish team work.
Principal Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist in the coordination of bookings from a variety of producers and channel managers
Accurate inputting of data concerning bookings and resources into a scheduling system
Developing and strengthening the relationship between Deluxe and the client
Liaising with clients and operators to ensure that information is presented accurately
Where appropriate, checking all data upon arrival to ensure that the correct information and material is supplied
Ability to organise and prioritise work and resources
Tracking the progress of work and keeping management and clients informed of problems or delays
Ensuring that all work sheets are correctly completed and all jobs are quoted and billed correctly, ready for invoicing
Correctly packaging, despatching and tracking any deliveries
Ad hoc support to the post production team and client
Ensuring paperwork and filing is kept up to date
Experience/Knowledge:
Experience within a busy bookings environment would be advantageous
Knowledge of post-production, workflows and resources coordination would be a distinct advantage
Experience with ScheduALL bookings software or similar preferable
Must have experience using Microsoft Office
