We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator. This position will be located in Hollywood, CA.
Summary:
Under the supervision of the HR Business Partner for the Post-Production groups, the Human Resources Coordinator performs HR administrative work as well other general administrative duties as assigned. Provide support to HR team as needed, including but not limited to management of paperwork flow, responding to verification of employment requests, customer service, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle general HR related administrative duties for Post Production groups for the Deluxe Creative Services Inc.
• Act as first point of contact for general employee needs such as common inquiries, form requests, policy interpretation and procedure clarification
• Enter and manage all HR processes from opening positions to terminations with in the HRIS system (Workday).
• Liaise with Payroll department as needed
• Complete verification of employment (VOE) requests
• Generate offer and status change letters
• Assist with employee onboarding
• Generate reports as needed
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete in HRIS
• Other projects as assigned

• BA/BS degree preferred.

• Ability to escalate issues proactively and in a timely manner
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Maintains confidentiality, great listening skills, able to take direction, open to change and eager to learn and grow
• Experience in working in an HRIS system, in particular Workday.
• 1 – 2 years Human Resources experience with an interest in pursuing a career in HR
