We currently have an opening for an HR Assistant. This position will be located in Burbank, CA.
Primary Responsibilities
• New Hire Onboarding - Helps lead weekly new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Enters employee new hire and status change data into database for payroll processing.
• Assists with HR administrative duties including filing, preparing onboarding/exit paperwork, maintaining HR databases.
• Coordinates the background check and drug screen process for business units.
• Assists with tracking employee referral program
• Tracks company Green Commuter Program
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set:
• Previous HR experience is a plus.
• BA degree in Business or Human Resources or related field required.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with other HR team members and employees throughout the organization.
• Experience working with and maintaining sensitive and confidential information.
• Individual must be highly professional, detail-oriented, and focused.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
