The Distribution Agent team is responsible for scheduling distribution work orders for physical & electronic content delivery, managing shipments that are in progress, handling calls to the Deluxe Technicolour Digital Cinema support phone line and managing the return of hard drives from territories.
You will be responsible for delivering a top quality service to our clients, partners and exhibitors.
You will, with support from systemised processes, decide the most effective and efficient way to manage content delivery, utilising the resources available. This will include projects internally from Deluxe as well as projects coming from external partners and clients.
Provide routing information and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and at their correct destination.
You will also be responsible for tracking of goods en route ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays.
Organising the delivery of content - including liaising with external vendors Contributing to new workflows and methods of delivery Support the Client Services team in maintaining the accuracy of all associated invoicing material.
Communicate accurate order / shipment / export details to Client Service.
Obtaining & preparing shipping quotes for clients Provides freight rates to customers and client service department. Prepares and follows-up on freight claims.
Liaising with other Deluxe companies and 3rd party partners, in the UK, Europe and the US regarding forecasting and order progress Answer queries to the DTDC support helpline which involves taking calls from clients and theatres and assisting with their questions
Ensure all entries onto our in house scheduling and work order systems are accurate. Communicating, via phone, email and verbally with all appropriate departments regarding status of orders or any other relevant information.
Any other ad hoc tasks, special projects or other reasonable duties as requested by your Manage
