Job Requirements

Database:
• Provides communication and support to all members of the management team as necessary. Fills in for the Digital Support Manager when not present.
• Monitors day-to-day activity of the Database department, insuring adequate staffing and proper administration of hourly employee's time.
• Accountable for providing management with daily, weekly and monthly status reports of activities performed and completed within the Database Department.
• Provide intelligible completion and proper paper flow of documents and forms if needed.
• Represents the department in meetings when required.
• Assist the Digital Support Manager with developing and adhering to the departmental budget.
• Handles difficult customer calls that require Supervisor attention.
• Completes all UAM requests for new and departing Digital Support associates.
• Conducts annual evaluations of the staff's performance and makes recommendations for merit or disciplinary action.
• Responsible for researching, documenting, and administering associate counseling's.
• Monitors Database Department's production progress and job performance on all associates and provides feedback to department Digital Support Manager.
• lan and interface with all departments to ensure a successful digital release. Organize and communicate critical information to allow team to handle ALL issues.
• Responsible in working with Integrators/Customers to maintain relationships and theatre data.
• Responsible in helping support/develop new programs designed for daily work load production.
• Liaison between associates, leads, managers, in the Digital Cinema Support Department, as well as other departments.
