We currently have openings for Client Service Representatives. These positions will be located in North America.
Summary:
They will coordinate the scheduling, processing and distribution of broadcast and agency/client orders.
Additionally they serve as day-to-day key liaison with clients to ensure accurate and timely completion of all work.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assess, input and schedule all orders with Digital Media Operations (DMO) and outside vendors.
• Ensures that correct ID codes (AD-ID/ISCI), titles and destination information are used on all orders.
• Prepares required paperwork (purchase order, distribution list, dub labels, vault requests and order confirmations) to be given to other departments or outside vendors.
• Follows-through on all orders and monitors order status from initial input through final billing. Communicates any discrepancies to supervisor.
• Keeps clients informed of any delays, changes, problems, and always provides alternative solutions.
• Remains up-to-date on all technical specifications and emerging technologies related to our business.
• Coordinate with other departments in providing optimal service to clients.
• Maintains files of all client communications, job notes, active orders and client profiles.
• Prepares all jobs for final invoicing. Confirms all service charges, and additional services as required.
• Assists in securing new business.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assists with other long-term projects related to position.
• Makes price quotes based on client rates listed in Aperture system.
• Refers any other pricing needs or quotes to Supervisor or Client Services.
• Assists in other departments, as required.
Skills/Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule: overtime, weekend and some holiday work will be required.
• AA Degree (BA preferred) or commensurate experience.
• PC Literate and experience using MS Office software.
