Position: Financial Freight Analyst
Location: Wilmington, OH

television, music videos and games. Deluxe's Creative brands include Company 3, Method Studios, Beast Editorial, EFILM, Encore, Level 3 and Rushes.
We currently have an opening for a Financial Freight Analyst. This position will be located in Wilmington, OH, supporting Digital Cinema.
SUMMARY:
The Financial Freight Analyst will be responsible for financial planning and operational analysis for Digital Cinema.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review, reconcile and approve the freight invoices weekly.
• Work with carriers and local couriers to understand rate structure.
• Gather information from multiple systems and consolidate into one report weekly.
• Track and report on return hard drives monthly.
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting of financial models.
• Assist with the preparation, analyses, and research in areas such as revenue and expense, sales and customer reporting and other operating performance metrics.
• Review of P & L's with operating management personnel.
• Assist with consolidation and reporting of business metrics data and KPIs.
• Work alongside accounting personnel during month end close to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
• Establish good working relationships with operational leadership, divisional accounting and corporate finance teams.
• Perform special projects and prepare ad-hoc operational and financial analyses as required by managements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-sets:
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of accounting.
• SAP accounting software experience and familiarity preferred.
• Familiarity and understanding of our products shipped and product weights.
• Possess an understanding of geographic locations our product is shipped to and familiar with freight zones and services levels.
• Good decision making and problem solving skills, with the ability to be innovative and creative in resolving issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required, specifically intermediate to advanced experience with Excel, including pivot tables, functions, formulas and graphs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with different personality styles and build relationships.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and plan well to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently on individual projects, analysis and process while also working cross-functionally outside immediate work group and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a demanding fast-paced environment, taking on new tasks with high levels of difficulty.
