This is a Full Time Job
We currently have an opening in the Audio Description Department for an Account Coordinator. This position will be located in Burbank, CA.
Primary Responsibilities
• Coordinate creation of Audio Description for various clients in entertainment space.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to their satisfaction.
• Establish and manage project schedules and ensure client due dates are met on time and within budget.
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling, coordination and communication with inter departments, external vendors, and clients all over the world.
• Proactively identify potential issues with projects in progress and find creative solutions to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Create or update reports by collecting data from various sources and entering into trackers. This may include project shell entry, delivery documents, new and revised client specifications, approval dates, revenue, labor estimates, etc.
• Handle assets and materials from relevant parties and platforms for broadcast, OTT and theatrical clients.
• Process billing packets as needed.
• Function as a backup to other coordinators when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set:
• BA or BS degree preferred.
• 1-2 years post-production or account coordinator experience preferred, but entry-level candidates will be considered.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced, large team environment.
• Individual must also be able to work independently within their own process.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory, internet, order processing, and database software.
• Solid technical understanding of the feature film and/or television post-production environment a plus.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines.
