Production Bookkeeper / Accounting

Delirio Films, a prestigious and award-winning boutique production company that specializes in creating high-quality documentary features and series, is seeking a talented production bookkeeper/ accountant to join our compact team. This position will report directly to the line producers and owners of Delirio Films and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of internal accounting and interfacing with outside tax accountants.

Requirements/expectations
Based in Los Angeles
3+ years of experience
Cost reporting and budgeting
Managing cash flow documents
Overseeing processing of invoices and expense claims to ensure correct coding, allocation to projects and company being invoiced.
Managing production bank accounts
Assisting with the month-end process ensuring all reporting deadlines are met.
Overseeing the production petty cash process.
Basic Tax reporting
Experience with Quickbooks and Cost Report programs
