Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to join our film production team and play a crucial role in securing financing for our feature film projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and nurturing relationships with financiers, investors, and stakeholders in the film industry. This role requires a deep understanding of film financing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and engage potential financiers for both large and small contributions to meet the total budget requirements.

Who are we:
We are established Producers with over 100 mainstream, theatrical & TV credits, looking to expand our slate of original productions - covering a wide spectrum of genres, time periods and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy for each film project, including identifying potential sources of financing and determining the optimal mix of funding.

Financier Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with financiers, investors, and other key stakeholders in the film industry. This includes high-net-worth individuals, production companies, film funds, and institutions.

Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts by presenting compelling investment opportunities to potential financiers, securing financial commitments, and negotiating financing terms that align with the project's goals.

Risk Assessment: Conduct due diligence on potential financiers to assess their suitability and financial capabilities, ensuring alignment with the project's vision.

Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to film financing, including contracts, agreements, and financial reporting.

Project Liaison: Act as a liaison between financiers and the production team, maintaining open communication and providing regular updates on the project's progress.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Producer or in a similar role within the film industry.

• A strong network of contacts within the film financing community.

• Deep knowledge of film financing, funding models, and investment structures.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to assess project risks and create risk mitigation strategies.

• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.

• Familiarity with legal aspects of film financing and production.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Education:
A bachelor's degree in film, finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Advanced degrees or industry specific certifications are a plus.
