Winter/Spring Intern - Voiceover

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

DDO Artists Agency is seeking a tech-savvy intern to join our New York Voiceover Department for the Winter/Spring 2027 semester.

Position Details:
Internship Dates: Week of Jan 4th- week ending May 7th, 2027
Schedule: Two set full days per week (Monday-Friday), 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST
Required Availability: Two full days. Must be able to work Eastern Time hours.
Location: 100% remote (applicants outside of New York are welcome)

Internship Structure
Interns will work closely with our Voiceover team under the direct supervision of agents and assistants. Throughout the internship, interns will receive ongoing mentorship, weekly feedback, and a final performance review with constructive feedback.

Responsibilities:
Collect, review, edit, and troubleshoot voiceover audition files (Audacity)
Read, cross-reference, and interpret casting breakdowns
Work within online casting platforms used by actors and casting directors
Email talent regarding audition revisions and respond to talent questions
Maintain accurate and confidential client information within inEntertainment

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Audacity or similar audio editing software is preferred, but not required
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Reliable desktop or laptop computer with high-speed internet and sufficient bandwidth for remote work.
