This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
DDO Artists Agency is seeking a part-time remote intern for the LA Commercial/Print & VO Departments.
Position Details:
Minimum 4-month commitment (Must be able to start beginning of January until end of April)
Fully Remote position but MUST be available from 9:30 - 6:30 pm PST 2-3x per week!
Workplace Requirements: High-speed internet and computer. 100% remote
Responsibilities:
Reading and understanding casting breakdowns
Working with online accounts used by actors and casting (LA Casting, Casting Frontier, Actor's Access, Casting.com)
Calling out auditions to talent and responding to messages
Tracking self-tapes
Communicating with Commercial team deadlines & casting notes.
Prepping VO auditions
Editing VO files
Assigned projects throughout internship*
Skills required:
Google Suite, Microsoft Office, PC Proficiency, Audacity (No. prior experience needed, but a plus!), Drop Box
Strong Attention to Detail, Initiative, Multi-tasking Skills, Phone & Email Etiquette, Superior Work Ethic & Organization
