DDO Artists Agency NY On-Camera Department Internship

DDO Artists Agency is a talent agency seeking a diligent, tech-savvy intern to join our NY On-Camera Commercial and TV/Film department. This role will work fully remotely.

DETAILS:
o Minimum 3-month commitment.
o Please indicate in your application whether you are available Full-Time (M-F 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST) or Part-Time (M/W/F or T/TH 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST). If necessary, we are willing to accommodate other schedule alterations.
o Unpaid (with possible opportunities for growth as we often hire from within). College Credit Available Upon Request.
o Can be based anywhere, but must be willing to work NY hours (EST) and have a very reliable remote work setup - this is very important!
o Start Date: April 2023

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
o Reviewing, editing, and uploading audition tapes.
o Managing and meeting deadlines.
o Working with programs such as inEntertainment, Dropbox, Casting Networks, Actors Access, Cast It.
o Maintaining spreadsheets and calendar (Google Suite).
o Electronically filing documents (inEntertainment, Google Drive).

SKILLS REQUIRED:
o Skilled in Video Editing; Experience with Video Editing Software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
o Tech-Savvy, Attention to Detail (!!!), Initiative, Multi-Tasking, Strong Communication and Organizational Skills.
o Problem solving, working as a team and independently.
o Fully proficient with Google Suite and Dropbox (!!).
o Previous experience working with inEntertainment, Casting Networks, Actors Access, and Cast It is a plus!
