This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: May 3 - August 2 / Summer Season

Internship Duration: 3 Months - with the possibility to extend

Time/Days Required: 2 days a week / 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM PST

WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS:
• Google Suite, Microsoft Office, PC Proficiency
• Strong Attention to Detail, Initiative, Multi-tasking Skills, Phone & Email Etiquette, Superior Work Ethic & Organization
• Must have a working Laptop and decent Wifi. Application and video downloads are required.
• Experience in Office Administration, Customer Service, and/or Business is appreciated
• This internship can be used for college credit.

INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reading and understanding casting breakdowns
• Email correspondence
• Working with online accounts used by actors and casting (Actor's Access, Breakdown Express, LA Casting, Casting Frontier, Sides Express)
• Saving Talent paperwork and updating detailed spreadsheets
• Inputting confidential client information (inEntertainment)
• Helping the agents with various tasks as needed
