Fall Intern - Commercial/Print

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

DDO Artists Agency is seeking a part-time intern for the LA Commercial & Print Departments. With offices in LA, NY & Chicago, DDO is constantly evolving and takes pride in the personalized relationships we form with our diverse roster of clients. Our work environment leans towards casual, but can quickly become fast-paced - great for promoting growth in our interns. You'll be working side-by-side with the department agents & assistants, interacting with clients, and learning about contracts, unions, and relationships between agencies & casting. DDO is a great place to begin or continue your journey into the entertainment industry!

Position Details:
Minimum 4-month commitment (End of August - December)
MUST be available from 9:30 - 6:30 pm PST 2-3x per week
Unpaid, but with opportunities to move up since we hire almost exclusively from within
College credit available upon request.

Workplace Requirements: High-speed internet and computer. 100% remote

Responsibilities:
Reading and understanding casting breakdowns
Working with online accounts used by actors and casting (LA Casting, Casting Frontier, Actor's Access, Breakdown Express)
Calling out auditions to talent and responding to messages
Tracking self-tapes
Communicating with Commercial team deadlines & casting notes.
