Agent Assistant- Remote/In Office Hybrid

Job Description: DDO Artists Agency is seeking an exceptional commercial & voice over assistant to support our Los Angeles Youth & Young Adult division, which includes commercials, print, voice over, film and TV. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate is prepared to manage a high volume of requests, audition tapes, schedules, and correspondence with casting and clients. The assistant will report directly to two agents and must be comfortable working as a team player. Job will be remote/in office hybrid in North Hollywood, CA. We are a tight-knit team and are looking for a great personality to fit in with us!

Qualifications Include:

1+ years of agency or management experience
Experience using Casting Networks and Breakdown Services
Knowledge of inEntertainment is a huge plus
Basic editing skills for actors' self-tapes are a huge plus
Basic audio editing (on Audacity, etc) required as file editing is a major part of the role
Experience using Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail etc.)
Comfortable multi-tasking and managing time-sensitive requests while remaining detail-oriented and organized
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic and extremely motivated
